When you arrive to consults, you will be added to the list and asked to take a seat, then you will be seen on a first come first served basis.
During the consultation the vet will discuss any concerns you have and address any issues, perform a full clinical exam of your pet, including weighing, and then determine a plan of action with you. Tests and treatment may be advised where indicated and we may request a follow up visit to monitor progress.
Depending on the reason for the visit, the length of the consultation may vary. Please bear with us at particularly busy times, we will try to see you as soon as possible. If you have any concerns please let a staff member know immediately. In some cases it may be possible for you to be seen by a veterinary nurse. Please also note that emergencies will take priority.
